This SWECO HX30 Round Separator is an industrial vibratory screening and separation system designed for high-efficiency classification, scalping, and separation of powders and granular materials. The unit features a stainless steel construction with multiple screen decks (stacked configuration), clamp-ring closures, top cover with flexible dust skirt, and side discharge spouts.
The HX30 utilizes a bottom-mounted vibratory motor with adjustable weights to control material flow patterns and separation efficiency. The system is suitable for food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial processing environments. This unit appears to be equipped with aftermarket SWECO replacement components (ASAP / Authentic Sweco Aftermarket Parts) and is pallet-mounted for transport.
Based on visual inspection, the unit is complete, structurally intact, and shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior industrial use. Screens, gaskets, and motor operation should be verified by the buyer prior to commissioning.
