The claim window is as follows Thursday 11/21/25 from 7 am to 4 pm Friday 11/22/25 from 7 am to 4 pm Saturday 11/23/25 from 6 am to 12 noon. after the close of business sat all remaining items will be forfeit.
Removal of any equipment will be pursuant to and in accordance with the local, county, state and federal laws and regulations.
Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the State of Iowa, the Iowa Department of Transportation, as well as their officials and employees from and against any and all claims or demands for liability, loss, damage, costs, expenses or attorney’s fees of any kind for actions or omissions of buyer arising out of or in connection with the removal of the purchased equipment.
Buyers are Responsible for facilitating safe removal of these items. Minimal loading assistance is avail due to the lack of loading facilities on site

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold "as-is, where-is'. Bidders may inspect the property (by appointment) prior to bidding.
Please contact the person listed to schedule an inspection. Please call 515-239-1576 Auction services can assist you in scheduling an in person inspection. Please schedule inspections as soon as possible as we can't always accommodate last day, last minute inspections. Hours to inspect are Monday thru Thursday 9-3 we are closed Fridays thank you.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within the 3 given operating days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s). All items must be removed within the given 3 operating days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours ITEMS MAY BE PICKED UP AT THE GIVEN ADRESS ONLY ON THE DAYS GIVEN IF THEY ARE NOT PICKED UP THEY WILL BE DECALRED ABANDONDED, PICKUP DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS NOV 20 2025 FROM 6AM TO 4 PM NOV 21 2025 FROM 6 AM TO 4 PM AND NOV 22ND 2025 FROM 6 AM TO NOON , excluding legal holidays. If you cannot make these pickup times please do not bid on these items. A daily storage fee of $20.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
