Condition: Missing key; started with EBid key and boost. Runs and drives.
Tractor moves forward and backward only when wheels are straight.
Power steering is damaged; steering wheel turns freely in a circle but tires do not respond.
Hydraulic lift arms do not function properly and will not adjust up or down.
Seat, headliner, steering wheel, and floor may be torn, stained, or damaged.
Electrical system condition unknown.
May have scratches, dents, or rust.
Paint may be chipping, peeling, or fading.
Panels may be loose or missing.
May have exposed wires and holes due to equipment removal.
Some parts may be missing or damaged.
Note: Winning bidder is responsible for pickup and removal using their own equipment.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
BUYERS PICKING UP IN PERSON:
2. Bring the Bill of Sale and Buyer Certificate to eBid for pick up.
BUYERS SENDING THIRD PARTY TO PICK UP:
1. Print and Sign the Bill of Sale from GovDeals.
2. Print and Sign the METRO PROPERTY RELEASE FORM.
3. BUYER MUST EMAIL BILL OF SALE, PROPERTY RELEASE FORM AND PHOTOCOPY OF IDENTIFICATION TO Ebid@nashville.gov AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
