For Sale: 11 Harris XL-200P Portable Radios
The Sheffield Lake Police Department is offering eleven (11) Harris XL-200P portable radios for sale as surplus equipment. These radios are no longer needed due to replacement with newer equipment.
All radios were operational and in active service within the last 12 months prior to being removed from service. The radios show normal wear consistent with public safety use and may have minor cosmetic or functional issues, including worn or damaged knobs. One radio has a broken power/volume knob, which is shown in the accompanying photographs.
These radios are being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. The radios are not programmed for use on any system and are not connected to any public safety network. Purchasers are responsible for all programming, licensing, subscriptions, system access, and compliance with applicable FCC and system requirements.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
