Item will be released ONLY with a VALID Driver’s License and the Buyer's Certificate from GovDeals. Buyer will be asked to sign a Bill of Sale upon pick-up of the item. If the buyer is using a third party to pick-up, transport, or remove vehicle they must complete an Authorization of Release form. This form is attached. PICKUP DEADLINE: Item must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. FAILURE TO PICKUP: If BUYER fails to pick up the Item by the eleventh (11) business day, the item will be resold and the Buyer will forfeit their payment of the Item and their participation in the GovDeals auction site.
