Craftsman too box in fair condition, slider drawers PLEASE NOTE THE ITEM IS LOCATED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE SPACE INSTITUTE IN TULLAHOMA, TN.
Item is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The successful bidder will be notified via email, usually the following business day. Pick-up times are between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. A copy of the payment receipt is required for pick up. Online payment is required no later than five (5) business days after the sale. Items must be removed within 10 business days after being awarded. Items must be paid for by credit card online before picking them up. Items not paid for within 10 days will be relisted, and the bidder will be blocked from further auctions. Interested bidders can view items by calling Dana Hale at 931-393-7312. UTSI WILL NOT SHIP.

Inspection is recommended. Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart during inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email auction@utsi.edu or call 931-393-7312 for instructions on where to go. Our hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm.
Pagamento
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Retirada
Our load-out times are Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm EST, by appointment ONLY, by emailing auctions@utsi.edu with the day and time you would like to pick up. **Except for University closings and Holidays.

Items must be picked up in 10 business days from the time the auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers. **NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if a prepaid label is sent, we will NOT.
Entire lot must be taken at pickup time. You are bidding on the entire lot; you must take the entire lot. You will be blocked from bidding if you do not pick up everything.
All merchandise must be removed within 10 business days from the close of the auction(1 week) or the auction will be defaulted.

All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces.
Payment & pick-up is due no later than 10 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal.
The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes.
