Any other information on these items? This is connected to building infrastructure. This building has closed and infrastructure is gradually being taken out of service, disconnected, and sold. Removal date will depend on when the city's buildings department can disconnect the gas/electrical lines. Seller will disconnect any hard-wired electrical and natural gas lines but buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer. Located directly inside large garage door (see photos) which opens up to parking lot (door is 40inch above ground). You can pull a large truck/trailer up to that door without a problem. Buyer must submit removal plan prior to seller confirming pickup appointment.
