**The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers.
**NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent, we will NOT.
**Appointments must be made for pickup. After making payment, please email day and time you would like to pickup along with the name on your account to Auction@utk.edu .

Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, no appointment necessary.
Pagamento
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Retirada
Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST(every 30 minutes), by appointment ONLY. Email us the day and time you would like to pickup by clicking APPOINTMENTS or emailing auction@utk.edu . **Except for University closings and Holidays.
Pickup address is 816 Willow Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37915
Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Instruções especiais
All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces. Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY LOT.
