Buyer must give 24 business hours notice when scheduling pick up. Requests submitted outside of our business hours (7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Thursday) will be considered received on the next business day. For example, a pickup request emailed on Friday evening will be considered received on Monday and cannot be scheduled for Monday pickup. Please wait for confirmation from our team before arriving for pick up.
Payment is due within five (5) business days of auction closure. If payment is not received by day six (6) following the auction’s closing date, the lot(s) will be canceled, and the bidder’s account will be defaulted.
No assistance or equipment will be provided. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. The Buyer may bring someone to assist them.
These items are located at a school. All building visitors are required to provide the school's welcome desk with a valid state or military ID. Each facility utilizes the Raptor® Visitor Management System, which screens against the national sex offender registry for every visitor based on first name, last name and date of birth. If the system alerts the school of a possible match, you will not be given access to the building or your items.
If you bid on this lot, you must take all items listed in the description. Only items described herein are included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Pictures may not reflect the total amount of items offered. See description above for quantities.

If a bidder has not picked up by day 10 from the auction ending date, the lot will be considered ABANDONED and no refunds will be processed.
Please bring your photo ID or Buyer's Certificate to verify that you are the awarded buyer.
NO ASSISTANCE OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Please feel free to bring someone to assist you. All property must be removed from the Pick Up Location indicated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days as stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Fort Zumwalt School District makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty: Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Consideration of Bid: Fort Zumwalt School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed without recourse.
