When picking up items, please ensure you call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your pickup. You are responsible for bringing any necessary equipment, tools, and assistance, as the Maryland Department of Labor will not be able to help with moving your items.
All items are sold as is and are in used, fair condition with no warranties provided. For all desktop computers and laptops, please be aware that all hard drives have been removed in compliance with Maryland law.
Lastly, shipping services are not available, as the Maryland Department of Labor does not provide packaging materials or supplies such as boxes or bubble wrap.

The Bid Winner is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other monetary damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
