The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the District of
Columbia, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by
the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.
All items have been appraised by a certified appraiser.
Item Description:
A/ 18kt yellow gold chain and shield charm. Chain is 25 inches-needs new clasp and shield charm is engraved. Total weight is 24.4 grams.
B/ Sterling silver Tiffany & Co -Eternal Circle Feeding Spoon including box, bag, and gift receipt. 6 1/4 inches, 30 grams.
C/ Sterling silver men's ring with turquoise and coral stones, made by CM-Charlie Morgan. Weight is 17 grams and ring size is a 12.
D/ 10kt yellow gold masonic ring with red stone and emblem, initials on inside. Weight is 5.2 grams and ring size is a 10.
E/ 14kt yellow gold men's ring with damaged green stone, engraved on inside. Weight is 9.4 grams and ring size is a 10.
F/ 2 gold filled bar pins.
G/ 2 metal tokens-one for USAF and the others Mobil Construction Battalion.
H/ Casio men’s wristwatch. Mudman model, black plastic, not running.
I/ Cartier red ring box and outer box 3 1/4 inches square.
J/ Silver and gold tone cross, very worn.

Retirada
Removal: Items must be picked up in person. Buyers must pick up within six (6) calender days of auction close. After 6 days, auctions will be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked. Removal is by appointment only. Appointments for removing the property will be available Tuesday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and Thursday from 9:00am-11:00am. Once item is paid, please email dcauction@dc.gov to schedule appointment.
*Appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.* No packing or shipping available. If you need packing/shipping, please contact a third party shipping company. We cannot recommend any specific companies. If sending a shipping company, family member, friend, or other representative to pick up for you, that person MUST bring the following:
1: copy of buyer's driver license
2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up
3: buyer certificate (sent to buyer when auction closes)
