Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please call to set an appointment for inspection. Hours of operation is Mon-Fri 7:00AM-2:00PM.

Pick up is by appointment only. Appointments must be made and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. All unconfirmed appointments will not be served. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7:00AM-2:00PM

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of the date/time of auction close.

Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance is promised.

Unless prior arrangements are made with seller for an extension, seller may cancel any sale if not picked up within ten (10) business days of auction close.

When picking up buyer must bring the following, also if sending a third party, you must EITHER email us the following OR have the third party bring them to pick up location:

1. your buyer certificate (you receive this when you win the auction)

2. copy of buyer's driver license

3. sign and return authorization of release form found on Govdeals under the FAQ section approving third party to pick up.

All vehicles must be towed away regardless of condition.
