Pagamento

Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule removal. GovDeals will collect all proceeds from the winning bidder, through PayPal, credit card or wire transfer. This is the only means of payment by the bidder. The Township of Ocean will not release an asset to the winning bidder until the Township has received verification from GovDeals that payment has been received from the winning bidder.

Retirada

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. To schedule removal, please contact Michele Giardino at (609) 693-3302 Extension: 221 or depclerk@twpoceannj.gov A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
