Up for auction by the City of Elyria is a used Jetson Atlas Compact Fat Tire Electric Bike.
The Elyria Police Department obtained this electric bike as the result of an investigation in 2024. At the completion of the investigation, this electric bike was ordered for disposal by auction.
Operating condition of this electric bike is unknown. At the time the electric bike was obtained, it was in operating condition. The bike has been stored indoors since being in the possession of the Elyria Police Department. The battery is dead, and no charger is available to charge the battery to test the bike. Electric bike shows signs of use and damage to the seat.

I had to cancel the original auction due to a spelling error in the manufactures name. The original auction showed this to be Detson Atlas. That was incorrect. The correct manufactures name is Jetson Atlas. A bid was already made so I was unable to make the correction without it being an addendum at the bottom of the description and it still showing incorrect in the title and listing. Sorry for any inconvenience and apologies to the initial bidder for any confusion. Rick

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Retirada
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ALL VEHICLES SOLD BY POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH A SALVAGED TITLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED OUT FOR REMOVAL
