We are selling this Glassware Washer as parts only. This lot consists of 1 Industrial Labconco Glassware Washer. Equipped w/steam scrubber and digital display. There are some dents and scratches due to years of use. The overall condition is poor.
Working Condition: It was getting a low water error message and had it repaired and it still did not function properly. Also, it was stored outside uncovered for approx. six months and is probably good for parts only. Anything else about the working condition we do not know.
*****The college is closed on Thursday, November 27th and no viewing of items nor picking up of purchased items can be completed on this day. All other standard pick-up times in November are available. We are extending the final pick-up date to December 4th.
Pick up schedule is posted at the top of your bill of sale. Our schedule is:
Tuesdays 12:30pm – 03:30pm
Thursday 08:00am – 11:00 am
Please make sure you read removal instructions before bidding. Most important is WE DO NOT SHIP and please arrive early enough to allow time for packing and loading during the pick-up period. Also, bring your tools/equipment for loading. (hand truck, forklift, packing material, etc.)
Third Party Pick up: If someone else is to pick up in your place you will need to sign an Authorization of Release Form. It has to be this person picking up. Please contact us for a copy of this form. If we do not have it, your pick-up person will be turned away or can experience delays.
You should get a Bill of Sale once you pay for the goods. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. Otherwise get in touch with us to send you a copy. This must be signed on day of pick up or sent with your Authorization of Release Form.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding by APPOINTMENT ONLY during the hours of Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. These days are subject to change due to holidays, inclement weather, and/or college events. Any date changes will be posted on individual auction listings.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). GTCC offers standard pick-up times on the following days and times each week:
Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
These times are subject to change due to holidays, inclement weather, and/or college events. Any date changes will be posted on individual auction listings when known in advance or on our website (www.gtcc.edu) in the event of inclement weather or an emergency. Our pick-up address is 6012 W. Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407.
All items must be removed during one of our standard pickup times and within two weeks (14 days) from the time and date of the close of the auction. If the buyer has not removed all items purchased after two weeks (14 days), their account can go into default, and their account may be locked at the discretion of GTCC unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please arrive early enough to allow time for packing and loading during the pick-up period.
GTCC does not provide shipping of any kind. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of purchased items off the property. No assistance and no equipment will be provided by GTCC for removing items (ex. no pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, dock plates, etc.).
If this will be a third party pick up, please contact us for a third-party Authorization for Release Form. We must have this form, a copy of your driver’s license, and a signed Bill-Of-Sale before anyone can pick up. If these items are not submitted you will be turned away.
