I DO NOT POSSESS A TITLE TO THE VEHICLE. I will provide a copy of the TDOS Judicial Order from the state
awarding the vehicle to the seizing agency and a Bill of Sale to the buyer. I am not responsible for, nor will I assist with,
the issuance of a new vehicle title. Contact your state/local registration office for assistance in this matter.
I will not ship this vehicle. As-is Auction. Bid at your own risk. No inspections have been conducted. Nothing
regarding this vehicle is guaranteed or under warranty.
I will contact the winning bidder after the auction ends to arrange for pick up. DO NOT show up to get this
vehicle until I have contacted you and made arrangements for pick up. Please bring with you the equipment/wrecker/trailer needed to transport this vehicle
from the storage lot.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
