This unit is used, in good condition, with minor signs of use.
This powerful carpet extractor is designed for efficient deep cleaning of large carpeted areas, making it ideal for commercial use in offices, hotels, and other high-traffic environments.
The Windsor Commodore 20 features a robust motor and a large solution tank, allowing for extended cleaning sessions without frequent refills.
Its ergonomic design ensures ease of use, and the durable construction guarantees long-lasting performance.
The extractor's efficient cleaning mechanism lifts dirt and stains effectively, leaving carpets looking refreshed and revitalized.
It has not been used by us in many years and we no longer have anyone on staff that has used it.
We also do not have any extension cords or adapters for it, what is shown in the photos are all we have so we are unable to plug it in without the adapter currently.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
