We do not have the capacity or ability to help load (unless specified) any units. Any units not picked up within 10 business days will be subject to a $45.00 per day storage fee. Any bidder that fails to pay or pick up unit within the allowed time will be defaulted and banned from Gov Deals.

There will NO wrenching, disassembling, or cutting any of these items on site. They must be taken away off and away from the site in their CURRENT condition before any physical work is done on the unit(s).

This item is sold as is where is when purchased. Any inspections must be done BEFORE auction ends. No inspections will be done after auction finishes. Once again, this item is sold AS IS WHERE IS.

We must be given a 24-48 hour notice minimum for when you or a third-party will be picking up the item. Item must be picked up at our secure storage yard in Richmond, IL.
