Up for auction is a complete DJI Inspire 1 Drone Fleet Lot featuring 4 drone bodies, dual controllers, 8 batteries, and spare props.
Important Operational Note: These units have been stored and have not been flight tested. Additionally, operating these legally in the US will require adding external Remote ID modules (not included).
This package is ideal for repair technicians, hobbyists, or pilots looking for a project fleet or a massive supply of replacement components.

What’s Included
1. Aircraft Bodies (4 Total)
• 2 Intact Units: Intact airframes that were fully operational prior to storage. Untested for recent flight performance; sold for testing, refurbishment, or operation.
• 2 Crashed Units (Parts Only): Structural and cosmetic damage from previous crashes. Excellent for harvesting arms, landing gear motors, ribbon cables, internal boards, and hardware.

2. Controllers & Accessories
• 2 x Remote Controllers: Intact condition; toggles, gimbals, and switches move freely.
• Spare Propellers: Assorted sets of quick-release props (mix of new and used).


3. Power Systems
• 8 x Intelligent Flight Batteries: Mix of standard Inspire 1 batteries (TB47/TB48).
Battery Condition: Because these have been in storage for a few years, cell health, charge holding capacity, and cycle counts will vary. Batteries are included as-is.
• Sold AS-IS: Due to the age, storage duration, battery chemistry, and crashed condition of two units, this entire lot is sold strictly AS-IS for parts, repair, or restoration.
