Before bidding further, I would like to confirm title and sale authority. The FAA registry currently shows N57VE registered to N64FD LLC, not a county entity: https://registry.faa.gov/AircraftInquiry/Search/NNumberResult?nNumberTxt=57VE The county docket also appears to show open docket entries involving N64FD LLC, including JD 2026 02 0206 and JD 2026 02 0399. Can the seller confirm clear authority to transfer aircraft title to the winning bidder before payment and removal deadlines begin? This sale is under the authority of a court-issued Writ of Execution (Case JD 2026 02 0399). Per judicial procedures, we do not transfer FAA title prior to payment. Once full wire payment is confirmed, the Sheriff's Office will issue a Bill of Sale the same day. This serves as your proof of purchase and releases our hold. You do not need to wait for the FAA title transfer to take possession; it becomes your property and responsibility upon receipt of the Bill of Sale. Your 5-day removal window begins the day funds are confirmed and the Bill of Sale is issued. The Sheriff's Office has no involvement with the physical storage facility or its fee structures. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $300.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
