DUMBBELL WEIGHTS: The individual weights of the dumbbells have NOT been verified and are unknown. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the dumbbells and determining their approximate weight and condition before placing a bid. Round Rock ISD makes no representation or guarantee regarding the weight, completeness, or condition of any dumbbell included in the listing.

QUESTIONS: All questions must be submitted by email during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Questions will not be answered after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY / REMOVAL: The buyer is solely responsible for the removal, loading, securing, and transportation of the awarded item. Buyers are NOT permitted to perform any mechanical, repair, maintenance, or other work on the property while on site. Assistance may be provided with the load-out; however, all applicable site rules, safety requirements, and procedures must be followed at all times.


APPOINTMENT REQUIRED: A minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required before scheduling pickup of an awarded item. Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance to allow the facility to coordinate the release of the item.


PICK-UP HOURS: Pickups are available Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET ONLY. No pickups are available on Fridays. The facility is closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM ET. NO PICKUPS WILL BE PERMITTED DURING THE LUNCH PERIOD.


NO APPOINTMENT, NO PICKUP: A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required for all pickup appointments. Buyers who arrive without a confirmed appointment may be turned away and required to reschedule.


EQUIPMENT AND LABOR: The buyer must provide all equipment, tools, transportation, and labor necessary to safely load and remove the awarded item. This may include, but is not limited to, a trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, dollies, straps, tools, and any other necessary equipment. Round Rock ISD is not responsible for providing equipment, tools, transportation, or manpower for removal.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Before any item may be released for shipment or pickup, the following documents must be completed, signed, and emailed to surplus@roundrockisd.org:

• Signed Release of Authorization

• Signed Bill of Sale

• Copy of the buyer's valid Driver's License


PAYMENT: Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of the auction closing date.


PICK-UP DEADLINE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, all awarded items must be picked up within 10 (ten) business days of the auction closing date. Failure to remove the item within the required timeframe may result in additional action in accordance with the applicable auction terms and conditions.


PHOTOGRAPHS / ITEM CONDITION: Photographs may be included as part of the listing description; however, photographs are intended only as a reasonable representation of the item(s) being offered and should not be relied upon as a complete representation of the item's condition. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended before bidding.


BACKGROUND ITEMS: Items, equipment, materials, or other property visible in the background of photographs are NOT included in the auction unless specifically identified and named in the listing description.


BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING THE ITEM AND DETERMINING WHETHER THEY HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT, RESOURCES, AND ABILITY TO SAFELY REMOVE IT BEFORE PLACING A BID.
