and replaced with a new unit due to its age. This generator was used as backup power for a facility that housed approximately 1,400 people. Specs for the unit
can be found on the data tag in the media section. We were not able to find an hour meter on the unit, therefore hours are unknown. We have not tried to start
the unit. These 16 cylinder Detroit diesels have become increasingly popular In classic heavy duty truck restorations. Unit is sold with a bill of sale only as
generators are not titled in the state of Alabama. We have described this item to the best of our ability. Should you have additional concerns we

From what we’ve googled it looks like somewhere between 18-28,000 lbs. That is a guesstimate at best. Couldn’t find a tag on the machine with weights . 15’ L x 8’ W x 9’ 3 H. A Landoll trailer with a winch or Heavy Duty Wrecker should be able to handle it. We have no loading assistance onsite. Thank you for your interest. 04/23/2026 09:22:15 AM

SALES TAX

Retirada
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. Items remaining after 10 business days will be charged $25 per day storage.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller at 205-965-6644 what is needed to release the item(s).
