Buy as is where is with responsibility to the buyer for extracting off premises. There will be no one available to help load the item(s) into your vehicle or trailer. There is a bill of sale/title that will be provided once sold. Item(s) will be available for pick up, once sold, by appointment only. PLEASE NOTE THESE ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, 02/06.
You MUST make an appointment in order to pick up the item. Hours of pickup days are typically from 8:30am-1:30pm. Please email KMRobinson@forsythco.com for appointments. No one will be at the pick up location otherwise. Please contact Kayley Robinson for pick up date and location.
MOST ITEMS HAVE SAT ON THE PROPERTY FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING ITEMS TO JUMP START A VEHICLE OR CHARGE A BATTERY.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Retirada
Removal. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! See below. Bidder will be turned away if no appointment is scheduled for pick ups.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Forsyth County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
You MUST make an appointment in order to pick up the item. Pickup days are ONLY on Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:30am-1:30pm. Please contact Kayley Robinson for pick up information, days/times and location at kmrobinson@forsythco.com or (770) 888-8872. You will need to pick up the Bill of Sale or Title at the procurement office. You must make an appointment 48 hours in advance. Addresses will be disclosed when scheduling pick up.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
