    The land lease term at the Antrim County Airport is a renewable 20-year lease. Since this would be a new lease agreement, the lease term would begin with a full 20-year term. The current land lease rate is $0.50 per square foot. Based on 3,600 square feet, the annual land lease amount for 2026 would be $1,800.00. Because we are nearly halfway through the year, the 2026 lease amount would be prorated accordingly. The lease includes a 5% annual escalator. Therefore, the lease rate for 2027 would increase to approximately $0.52 per square foot, resulting in an annual lease amount of $1,872.00. 05/07/2026 08:53:33 AM

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Retirada

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
