As I am interested in this listing; but, I still have questions about what generated the salvage title. I'm sure it was titled prior to the engine starting to smoke and, that would not require retitling. There must be something else that required it to go under "salvage title?" To my knowledge it was never in a major accident it was rear ended but as you can see in the photos there was no damage to the truck the only issue is the lite white smoke a guy came and seen the truck says it has a bad injector 08/24/2026 17:39:15 PM
I'm sorry to keep pushing this; but, it is very important. Ohio has very specific guidelines for putting a vehicle under salvage title, as it puts the vehicle in a none-roadworthy status. That said, it is not legal to operate the vehicle on public roadways. The best can hope for in Texas is to have it changed to rebuilt title but, the salvage status is never removed from the vehicle's history. To have it changed to rebuilt must know why was put under salvage status in the first place. Please look at Ohio's requirements for salvage title and provide the reason this truck was registered under salvage status. 08/24/2026 17:57:05 PM
No worries so here is the full story directly from the orig owner the truck was in a very minor accident a small car rear-ended the truck leaving absolutely no visible damage to the truck at all. The car had damage to the hood headlights ext the truck was parked for 30-45 days the insurance adjuster came out to view the truck and at that time the truck was started and pulled forward the insurance adjuster noticed the smoke and said it was caused from the accident and marked it as a total loss. there is no damage to the truck no structural damage either 08/24/2026 20:15:35 PM
