It will start when jump started. WV does offer a one trip permit, but the vehicle must have insurance and only covers the vehicle within the state of WV. This vehicle does not have a valid inspection sticker as the vehicle has sat for a couple years and not been used and one the duals on the passenger side has failed. I would suggest the vehicle be towed for the reasons listed within. As far the transmission I don't know exactly which one the vehicle but research show the standard transmission is at Eaton Fuller 14710B, 13 Speed 04/01/2026 08:09:58 AM

Unit run but has to be jump started due to the batteries being bad. Vehicle has a tire that is blown out on the passenger side front duals. Vehicle does not have a valid inspection sticker therefore will need to be towed. 04/01/2026 07:12:34 AM
