Abandoned/Forfeited vehicle from police impound lot. The vehicle has no key and any other defects are unknown. The odometer reading may or may not be the actual mileage. It is highly recommended that you inspect the vehicle before bidding. We make no guarantees or warranties and vehicle is sold AS IS. NO PHONE CALLS (see below to contact seller).
An Ohio salvage title and a Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their state Department of Motor Vehicles to insure a salvage title and a bill of sale are sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The Buyer is responsible to title the vehicle in their residing county/state. Vehicle must be picked up by the buyer. No shipping. Email the contact (click on blue highlighted “ask a question”) to make an appointment if you desire an inspection, NO PHONE CALLS. Use the Govdeals site if you have a question. Payment must be made via the Govdeals website.
Do not bid if you are not willing to pick the item up at our lot. We do not ship. Payment is requested after the end of the auction but is mandated on the fifth day after the auction.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. All items must be picked up at our location. We do not ship or assist with shipping.
