Up for auction is a small lot of Makita power tools that have been stored in our warehouse and said to be in working condition when taken out of service, however this is not a guarantee. All tools are sold in used condition, and sold as-is. This lot contains (8) different power tools, as pictured. Batteries are not included.

Bidders may inspect the property before bidding. Inspection is by appointment only and Currently Limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Unless otherwise stated, items are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Pagamento
Payment is due in full no later than five (5) business days from the time and date listed on the Buyer's Certificate.

This item must be picked up in person. PLEASE NOTE: PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The winning bidder must make arrangements for the property removal including packaging, loading, prepping and appropriate equipment for secure transportation. Washington County is not responsible for items once they have left the property.
Items not picked up within ten (10) business days of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate will be re-auctioned.

Washington County, OR makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to the removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
