Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made before the property is removed from the Seller’s site. Any issues discovered after the property is removed from the Seller’s site are the responsibility of the Buyer to repair or fix. Should the Seller confirm the property does not conform to the description, the Seller will keep the property and initiate a refund of any money paid. Refunds will not be processed directly from the City of Fayetteville, Nc to the Buyer. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
