Must show identification & sign a Bill of Sale at 667 Ware Road, Room 207A, Woodstock, IL first, then explicit instructions will be given to where this is located, which is 5 miles away. We are not open weekends or holidays.
This auction is for an operable 2016 Road Hog Cold Planer Attachment (for a skid steer) that was used for milling asphalt on county highways. A Cold Planer is a heavy duty construction attachment used to grind down, scrape up, or recycle asphalt and concrete surfaces.
NOTE: items must be picked up in-person ONLY! Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. McHenry County does not mail or ship items.

Pagamento
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. See Terms and Conditions for additional payment instructions. McHenry County does not charge sales tax.
Retirada
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If using a 3rd-Party Agent: The Buyer must provide the 3rd Party Agent with a copy of the “Buyer’s Certificate”, which must be brought with them to the pick-up. The Buyer must also provide the Seller with authorization via email to release the asset to the Third-Party Agent and provide the name and/or company name in the email. The 3rd Party Agent must show identification upon pick-up & sign the Bill of Sales. Please note that the County of McHenry assumes no responsibility for items that are picked up by 3rd Party Agents. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL 24-48 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
