Sales to Employees: Pursuant to MS Code 25-4-105 (3) (b), school board members and district employees, as well as the spouses and dependent children of the school board members and the district employees of the Seller are *NOT ELIGIBLE TO BID* on the property listed for auction.
** We were told that both of these ovens were working when removed from the school and are now being replaced because of age.

* NO TESTING was done by the Surplus Dept.
* This listed LOT is in UNKNOWN condition. This LOT may be missing parts and/or have some cosmetic damage. This LOT is sold AS IS, with NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. In regard to accessories, attachments, manuals, cords, etc., if it is NOT PICTURED, it is NOT INCLUDED in the sale of the item.
* The Buyer will make ALL arrangements and perform ALL work necessary, INCLUDING packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. Appointment MUST be made for pick-up between the times of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (CST) only.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ONLY (CST) and appointments MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance (CALL 901-584-7664 or 901-598-3372 for appt). All items MUST be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make ALL arrangements and perform ALL work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO assistance will be provided. Bidders will be LOCKED unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
