Auction Terms & Key Dates

Payment Due: Immediately after the auction — payment must reflect before 12:00 noon the following day
All Lots Sold: Subject to seller confirmation
Buyer’s Premium: 5% applicable on all lots (includes 15% VAT)
Site Clearance: Buyers must collect within 72 hours (3 working days) after the auction closes
Upliftment fees may apply at certain depots
