* 买家在出价前需支付保证金人民币5万元（可退），保证金条款请参考货品号30057-1下方可下载文件；
* 此次拍卖的出价为不含税不含佣金（设备税率13%，买家佣金18%，佣金税率6%）金额； 比如网上出价人 民币 100 元，则买方总计需支付人民币100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=132.08元；
* 看货需预约；
* 如设备在拆卸搬运过程中涉及到修补屋面洞及墙洞，买家需负责按照卖家要求及标准修补并承担相应费用；
* A refundable deposit CNY50,000 or USD8,000 is needed prior to bidding, deposit policy please refer to downloadable document under Lot# 30057-1;
* All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (13% VAT on assets and 6% VAT on top of buyer’s premium); If buyer places bid CNY100, buyer will pay 100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=CNY132.08;
* Inspection is optional and by appointment;
* Holes on roofs and walls need to be covered/reinstated according to seller requirement/specs at buyers’ sole expense during asset dismantling;
