* 此次拍卖的出价为不含税不含佣金（设备税率13%，买家佣金18%，佣金税率6%）金额； 比如网上出价人 民币 100 元，则买方总计需支付人民币100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=132.08元；

* 交易货币：人民币；

* 买家看货、提货等需严格按照卖家的要求和流程；

* 看货需预约；现场查验是可选的，在卖家允许的情况下，我们建议您尽可能去现场查看设备，拍卖结束后，不允许买家再次现场查验；

* 拍卖结束时间：中国时间2026年1月27日，下午4点整 (延时除外)；

* A refundable deposit CNY60,000 is needed prior to bidding;

* Electrical parts of the equipment will be disassembled by the seller, assets removing, packing, rigging, loading and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related issue and cost;

* All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (13% VAT on assets and 6% VAT on top of buyer’s premium); If buyer places bid CNY100, buyer will pay 100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=CNY132.08;

* Transaction currency: CNY;

* Buyer shall strictly follow seller's process and requirement for inspection, removal, collection etc.;

* Inspection is optional and by appointment only with seller’s permission, we encourage you inspect assets onsite if possible, inspection after the auction closes is not permitted;

* Auction close date: 27 January 2026, 4:00PM CHINA TIME (Unless the item is subject to an auto extension);
