Auction Terms & Key Dates

• Payment Due: Immediately after the auction — payment must reflect before 12:00 noon the following day
• All Lots Sold: Subject to seller confirmation
• Buyer’s Premium: 5% applicable on all lots (includes 15% VAT)
• 15 % VAT on the Purchase Price
• Site Clearance: Buyers must collect within 72 hours (3 working days) after the auction closes
• Upliftment fees may apply at certain depots
• Permits: Certain lots require permits. Kindly review each lot description for details.

Safety Requirements:

• Viewers must wear safety boots and a high-visibility safety vest — no access will be granted without them.
