(9) Motorola APX 6000 Radios. (4) radios come with an antenna, battery, and charger. (4) radios come with an antenna and battery. (1) radio comes with only a battery. This batch also comes with (3) additional batteries. (10) of the batteries are new/still in packaging. Each radio has been cleared of previously programmed channels. Buyer is responsible for programming the radios. **Note: Photographs may not be of the individual radio you are bidding on. Also, we WILL NOT ship even if you provide a label. Buyer is responsible for packaging/removal of property. See payment and removal instructions.**

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must make an appointment if they wish to inspect the item. Appointment times will only be made as follows: Monday - Friday 10:00am-11:00am and 1:30pm-2:30pm.

付款

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) All sales are "as is". There is no warranty or guarantee on any item. All sales are final. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Dalton. Payment MUST be made AT Dalton City Hall, 300 W. Waugh St. Dalton, Ga. 30720. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Dalton assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

We have posted many pictures and as much information as we can think would be of importance. We are not programmers, thus we do not know any technological answers regarding the radios. We will not ship even if you provide a label. See payment and removal instructions. The winning bidder must: 1.) Pay for the item at Dalton City Hall, 300 W Waugh St. Dalton, GA 30720. 2.) Make an appointment with Colten Parker or Matt Lane prior to arriving at 301 Jones St. Dalton, GA 30720. This can be accomplished by calling (706) 278-9085, option 5. 3.) Provide the receipt of payment & ID before taking possession of the item(s) won.
