Item Detail: This RYOBI ONE+ 18V Lithium-ion 2Ah battery starter kit provides up to 1.5X more runtime compared to our 1.5Ah standard lithium-ion battery. It is compatible with 18V ONE+ tools to power you through all types of projects. It has a compact design for less weight and reduced user fatigue. It also features professional grade lithium-ion cells to provide fade free cord-like power. It performs in extreme weather temperatures and is engineered to be impact resistant. This battery features an integrated LED fuel gauge to check your battery charge at all times. The included will charge any 18V ONE+ lithium-ion battery. Batteries stored on this charger are conditioned for peak performance. Both battery and charger are part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. Winning bidder will be notified by email.
All items won must be paid for within 48 hours of auction closing.
If payment for an item is not received within 48 hours of auction closing, it will be considered in default. The buyer account will be noted, and the item will be re-listed in a future Deals auction.
--Two (2) defaults on the same buyer account in 90 days will result in that buyer account being suspended from participation in future auctions.
Taxes and Exemptions
Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
Tax Exemption
Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Property may be picked up by appointment only. Pickup must be scheduled through the online scheduling app.
The winning bidder will receive an email with a link to the scheduler once the item is marked paid.
Pick up appointments must be made at least 1 hour prior to pickup time, and not later than 3 days (72 hours) after payment of the invoice.
Items not picked up within 3 days (72 hours) of payment of the invoice will be considered abandoned. Refunds will not be issued, and the item will be re-listed in a future auction.

All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' AllSurplus Deals makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Returns
AllSurplus Deals will provide an opportunity and space for the customer to inspect all items won.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all items prior to leaving the premises. AllSurplus Deals will not issue refunds once an item has been removed from our lot.
Allowances will be made for returns and refunds in the following circumstances:
• Item is not as described (item is green, but description says its blue)
• Condition is incorrect (we said unit is new, but is Open Box)
• Item fails functional test while customer is on site
• Incorrect item provided to customer
If a customer does not accept an item for any of the allowances listed above, the customer will be refunded in full and AllSurplus Deals will retain possession of the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the method of payment used to pay the invoice for the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for order refunds to be fully processed and appear on the buyer’s end. Note: Credit Card/PayPal transaction refunds may be executed within a shorter timeframe.
