18ft. Parker Fiberglass Open Hull Center Console Manufactured 2002. Hull Number PXMBB335K102. Center Console has the wiring in place. There are substantial soft areas in the deck. Please notice the diamond plate on the deck on either side of the console that was put in to reinforce the floor. No Known issues with the hull. There is some gas remaining in the tank and there is no sign of any leakage. Transom appears to be solid. No batteries included. Has a clean title.

Yamaha 115 HO 4-Stroke. See tag photo in pictures. Model F115TXRA 68V X 706809 R. A= 2002 Model Year. 1069 Hrs. of Operation. Last service on 4/29/2025 included engine oil & filter change, Lower Unit Oil Change, New Fuel Filter. Note that VIMS is retaining the prop and the motor will not have one. There is no battery.

Load Rite Trailer in good condition. Has good spare tire. Winch in good condition. Rollers in good condition. Has clean title.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments preferred M_F 8am -4pm. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. For additional information, please see contact below for any questions. Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal.
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
