SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO GUARANTEE. For questions or to schedule an appointment please use the (view/ask
questions feature) within the auction post. Please bring the "Paid Receipt" and identification when picking up items.
Item may be removed by appointment only. If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the auction item,
you must provide authorization via email or in writing, along with proof of your identification. No assistance will be

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
