This vehicle is operable, was running when removed from service.
ENGINE: Cummins 6.9L Diesel. Maintained every 250 hours. Engine was operable when removed from service, no known repairs needed.
TRANSMISSION: Lee Boy Automatic. Hydrostatic transmission, fluid restriction causing slow movement. 4WD.
EXTERIOR: Orange with dents and scratches. Decals were removed, impressions remain. Windows do not have cracked glass. Tire condition low. Vehicle has 6 wheels, 3 axles. Dimensions: 21'8" x 7'4" x 10'4".
INTERIOR: Tan vinyl with cracks in seat. Vehicle has AM/FM radio. Roof mounted A/C fan assembly is damaged inside cab (picture of damage is included).
EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO BUYER OR THIRD-PARTY TRANSPORTER UNTIL ALL ITEMS IN THE REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW HAVE BEEN SATISFIED INCLUDING AN APPOINTMENT MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF REMOVAL.

Fluid restriction has not been diagnosed. In the past there had been an issue with the in-line suction filter. It is not known if this is the issue at this time. 04/13/2026 09:20:01 AM

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX

Purchased items may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the purchased items. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
After the full payment has processed online, the Buyer (the successful highest/winning bidder) must first print out and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature." The Buyer will then need to scan and e-mail the signed Bill of Sale along with a copy of the Buyer's driver’s license or other valid State ID to auction@templetx.gov.
The Buyer must contact the City of Temple name and phone number on Buyer’s Certificate to make an appointment to collect all purchased items.
The Buyer (or Buyer's authorized third party) will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the purchased items. Employees cannot assist with the removal of the purchased items (such as starting or loading a vehicle or other equipment). If the Buyer plans to have a third party pick up the purchased items, the Buyer must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed Authorization of Release must be e-mailed to auction@templetx.gov prior to making any removal arrangements.
