* All assets are second-hand and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse. Each of the seller, the Auctioneer and, where applicable, GoIndustry DoveBid has used its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the description of each lot(s) appearing on the Site are accurate, but the buyer relies upon such description at its own risk. * All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (13% VAT on assets and 6% VAT on top of buyer’s premium); Please consult us before bidding;
* For example, if the offer is 100, total amount buyer needs to pay is：100 × 1.13+100 x 18% x 1.06 = 132.08;
* Transaction currency: CNY;
* Payment type and due: Wire Transfer; GoIndustry DoveBid will raise proforma invoices first and all payments must be made to designated bank account prior to pick-up; payment due 3 days upon proforma invoice date;
* Please ensure beneficiary receives 100% of the invoice amount, all bank charges shall be borne by payer;
* Buyer must use the same entity name for deposit, bidding and payment;
