ITEM DESCRIPTION: This is the old VT Swine unit that consists of 4ea 14X86 modular trailers joined together to form this swine unit. Unit has not been in use for several years and is still currently hooked to elec. gas and sewer which will be disconnected prior to buyer removal. Signage indicates these trailers were manufactured by Double L Group. There are no axles or tongues attached to any of them, and current employees have no knowledge how they were installed or brought on-site. We strongly encourage any interested bidders to schedule a site visit and develop a plan for removal Unit is located at the old VA Tech Swine Center @ 109 Plantation Road, Blacksburg VA. Unit is sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee given or implied. Buyer is responsible for all aspects of removal. The buyer must provide agent with a copy of buyer's certificate, including their signed authorization to release their items. Person picking up will be required to sign the Bill of Sale.

All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal. If using a 3rd-Party agent; buyer must notify seller prior to item removal.
