Onsite Public Preview, Inspection & Liability Notice

An onsite public preview will be available on Tuesday, August 4, 2026; Wednesday, August 5, 2026; and Thursday, August 6, 2026, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM each day.

During the preview period, onsite personnel will be available with access to keys to assist bidders in starting equipment for operational checks and general inspection purposes.

Inspection Guidelines:

• No test drives will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Bidders may start equipment, visually inspect components, and examine under-hood conditions where applicable.
• All inspections must be conducted safely and under the supervision of onsite staff.

Liability & Safety Disclaimer

By attending the onsite preview, all participants acknowledge and agree that:

• All inspections are conducted at the bidder’s own risk.
• The seller and hosting agency assume no liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the preview or inspection process.
• Bidders are responsible for exercising caution and following all safety instructions provided by onsite personnel.
• No tools, disassembly, or invasive inspection methods are permitted.
• Any operation of equipment is strictly limited to what is authorized by onsite staff.
• The seller makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition or operability of any item.

The removal dates for all equipment are as follows:

Important Removal Terms & Conditions

• The Buyer is responsible for pickup at the GPS address listed above.
• The ENTIRE lot must be picked up at one time; partial pickups will not be permitted.
• You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for removal, along with your payment confirmation / Bill of Sale.
• Purchases will only be released upon presentation of a hard copy Bill of Sale and verification of payment.
• The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does not accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Failure to Remove / Abandonment

• All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the auction close date.
• Items not removed within the allotted timeframe will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation.
• Items not picked up by the deadline will incur a $50.00 per day storage fee until removed.
• The Seller has sole discretion regarding any refunds, and no refunds will be issued unless approved by the Seller.

Third-Party Pickup / Shipping

• If a third party is picking up on your behalf, a Bill of Lading must be emailed in advance to:

• If proper documentation is not received prior to arrival, the carrier will be turned away.

Loading & Removal Responsibility

• Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of purchased items.
• No assistance will be provided by onsite staff.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

The Seller has sole discretion to determine whether any refunds will be issued, and no refunds shall be owed unless approved by the Seller.

If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
