EMAIL YOU YOUR FINAL BILL WITH DETAILED PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS THAT INCLUDE ALL TAXES
AND FEES.
Payment must be made by 5PM on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH 2025.
Payment can be made via wire transfer to the Bucks County Tax Claim Bureau. Instructions for wire transfers will be included with you Bucks County invoice.
Total cost = Amount of the winning bid + 5% of winning bid amount (Admin Fee) + transfer tax + recording fee + sale fee. The Bucks County Tax Claim Bureau will accept certified checks only as payment.
Certified check made payable to: Bucks County Tax Claim Bureau.
