Rear Tommy lift does work.
Paper work manuals indicates it has a Cummins engine and a Allison transmission. (This has not been verified)
Was reported to have issue with ABS. (We do not know what it will require to fix)
May be issue with fuel system. Starts and runs normal and while driving, will bog down similar to not getting enough fuel. (We do not know what it will require to fix)
