The City of Good Hope purchased this unit new in July 2017 from Coblentz Equipment, Montgomery Al. It has a 4.4 Perkins engine w/100 hp, 1716 hrs, 60 inch cutting deck and a 22 ft arm length. We paid $148,900 after our municipal discount. We now are using an excavator with a cutting deck and hiring Cullman County to help us with the rest. Everything is working and ready to use. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
