Sections feature classic ornamental ironwork styles including spear-top pickets, decorative scroll rings, fleur-de-lis tops, acorn finials, and plain bar panels, all finished in black. Multiple sections and styles are included in this lot.
Condition is used and aged with surface rust and wear consistent with years of outdoor service. Some sections may be damaged or incomplete. Buyer should plan accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: This lot is extremely heavy. Buyer must bring appropriate equipment and manpower for loading and removal. No equipment or assistance will be provided by the State of Maine. Local pickup only — no shipping available.
Sold as-is, where-is. No warranties expressed or implied. Item is located at Maine Surplus Property, 85 Leighton Rd, Augusta, ME 04330. Removal must be completed within 10 business days of auction close. For inspection appointments contact surplus@maine.gov.

SALES TAX

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Shipping: Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. MESASP cannot give quotes for shipping. Buyer must provide to us a prepaid shipping label or Bill of Lading with FedEx or UPS
