A beautiful 9' x 7' complete multi-purpose shed.
These sheds are built by Carpentry Students at RRC Polytech and constructed to follow the same construction procedures as a house. These are well built sheds, with all exterior finishing completed. (see pictures for more details)
The shed is solid wood construction with a floor on skids. It also includes an exterior door and
window, exterior wood and vinyl siding, metal soffits and fascia, shingles and roof vent.
The height is approx. 9 feet from the ground to the top of the roof line.
Can be used as a garden shed, outdoor housing for pets, as a chicken coop, and more.
Comparable item retail value would be in the $4000.00 - $5000.00 range - make this yours today for LESS than the cost of
materials used!
NOTE: must follow the road weight and height conditions in transport. Recommend a tilt deck tow company such as Champion Towing or Greg's Tilt Deck for loading
and shipping as they are familiar with these types of sheds.
