NOTE: BUYER AGREES BY BIDDING TO PAY THE SELLING FEE OF 7.5%. THIS IS ADDED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE. (Actual sold amount + 7.5%). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 7.5% SELLING FEE WILL NOT SHOW ON YOUR BUYER'S CERTIFICATE. HOWEVER, IT MUST BE ADDED WHEN FINALIZING PAYMENT.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We recommend interested parties personally inspect the item prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times if indicated in the item description. For a vehicle, the winning bidder is responsible for determining if vehicle is drive-able or should be towed or trailered.
付款
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order. Payments shall be made payable to: Treasurer, City of Decatur Illinois. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer's Certificate. In-person payments are accepted Monday through Friday 8AM - 3PM CST, excluding Holidays. ACH/Wire Transfer information available upon request from buyer.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday 8AM - 3PM CST, excluding Holidays.
