Inspection:The bidder is invited, urged and cautioned to inspect the item prior to submitting a bid. Sales Tax: 6% sales tax will be added to the winning bid price as required by the State of Georgia Department of Revenue. Exceptions will be made for resellers who can provide a valid reseller certificate and Tax Identification Number with payment or Non-Profits who can provide a valid Tax Exemption Certificate with payment. Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Buyer agrees that no monies previously paid to the seller will be refunded after Buyer removes property from the seller’s premises.
